Varietal: 100% Gamay
Altitude: 250 m
Age of the vines: 50 to 70 years
Harvest: manual in small crates of 35 kg
Winemaking: grape transfer by gravity, no added SO2. 12 to 15 day macerationjours with a daily pump over (remontage) and two to three gently crushings (foulage). Manual devatting and gentle pressing
Aging: 10 to 12 mois - 50% stainless steel, 50% in ceramic jars
Tasting
A Morgon that combines fresh fruit with great depth. Cellaring: 10 to 15 years.
