Harvest: manual in small crates of 35 kg
Winemaking: grape transfer by gravity, no added SO2. 12 to 14 day macerationjours with a daily pump over (remontage) and two to three gently crushings (foulage). Manual devatting and gentle pressing
Aging: 10 months, 100% in fiber tank
Tasting
A long, fruity Beaujolais Villages. Cellaring: 10 to 15 years.
