WINEMAKING — Grape transfer by gravity. Whole bunch, no added SO2. 13-day maceration with a daily pump over (remontage) and one gentle crushing (foulage). Manual devatting and gentle pressing
AGING — 7-8 months in egg-shaped tank
Explosive nose that unveils aromas of purple flowers – pleasant lasting acidity supported by a pronounced tannic structure.
